Event terms & details
Please review the key policies and event details before purchasing your ticket.
Ticket purchase policy: All tickets must be purchased in advance. Your spot is confirmed once payment is complete and you receive a confirmation email.
Refund policy: Tickets are non-refundable.
Transfer policy: If you can’t attend, your ticket may be transferable to another attendee subject to availability and written approval.
VIP mini session details: VIP tickets include a 20-minute brand mini session and 10 edited images. Exact timing, outfit changes, and shot lists will be confirmed before your session. Commercial usage license included for personal and professional usage.
Edited photo delivery: VIP gallery selections and final edited images will be delivered within your stated turnaround time (for example, 1-2 weeks after the event).
Event participation: By attending, you agree to respect studio property, shared spaces, and time limits so that all guests can enjoy the experience.
Liability & usage terms: You are responsible for your own belongings and equipment. Studio owner may request permission to capture behind-the-scenes content of the event. Client agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Photographer and its affiliates, employees, and independent contractors for any injury, property damage, liability, claim or other cause of action arising out of or related to the Services
